Bendi - 1lbs
Cracked Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Oil
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan
Add the cut Bendi and fry for some time
(fry till the consistency you want mom fries untill its semi crispy, I dont)
Grind fresh pepper from the pepper mill
Add Salt to taste
Serve with Roti/Rice in combination with Sambar :)
